Assiniboia is a progressive community located in the heart of South Central Saskatchewan. The Town of Assiniboia administers the community affairs from the Asaskan Complex, located in the downtown area. The Town Council meets in Chambers on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. Assiniboia has an active Economic Development office, which works in conjunction with the town and surrounding rural municipalities to promote the area.
