XERISCAPE WORKSHOP - with Sara Williams

Sara Williams, prior to retiring, was the horticultural specialist for the University of Saskatchewan.

Creating the Prairie Xeriscape with low maintenance and water conserving landscaping.  Along with xeriscape principles, learn design ideas that conserve water, soil improvement, efficient irrigation, reducing conventional lawn areas and mulching.

This workshop deals with the hundreds of hardy, drought-tolerant trees, shrubs, bulbs and perennials that can survive with minimal water.
