Family Day Annual Snow Festival

Winter is time to celebrate the outdoors! Come and enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities- all Free!

Schedule:

10:30 am to Noon    Open House at the Assiniboia Curling Club @ POW. Want to give curling a try? Come and give it a whirl- all ages and abilities welcome! Our volunteers will help anyone and we will have some great games on each of the sheets.

1:00-3:00 pm    Outdoor and indoor winter activities at the Civic Centre Arena. 

* Pick up hockey on our outdoor rink for all members of the family

* Public skating inside our Arena

* Ultimate snow frizbee golf in Centennial Park at 2:00 pm

* If weather allows- snowman making contest- please bring your own ad ons

* Ball hockey outside on the parking lot for all who do not have skates

* We are hoping to have our horse and sleigh ride again this year.

* Free hot chocolate and popcorn

* Toboganning on our man made hill near the Aquatic Centre/Campground road
