Join us for a FREE “Learn to Play Lacrosse” night at the Southland Co-op Centre rink.

⏰ 5:30–7:00 PM - 13 years & younger- families welcome!
⏰ 7:00–8:30 PM – Ages 14+

This is a great opportunity for beginners of all ages to get active, learn new skills, and have some fun on the floor!

👉 What to bring:
• Helmet
• Gloves
• Clean indoor shoes
• Water bottle

No experience needed—just come ready to try something new! 🙌
