Taste & See Women’s Breakfast

Join us for a wonderful morning of food, fellowship, learning and reflection at our annual Taste & See Women’s Breakfast! hosted by St. George's Catholic Women's League.

 Our breakfast is always fantastic, featuring a delicious variety of homemade dishes prepared with care and served with lots of hospitality.

 Guest Speaker: Donna Aldous
Donna will speak with us about sex trafficking, helping us better understand human trafficking and the ways we can become more aware of this important issue in our communities.

 Red Sand Ceremony
We will also take part in an interactive Red Sand Ceremony, an art initiative designed to raise awareness about human trafficking and human exploitation. The bright red grains of sand represent people who “fall through the cracks” of social, economic and political systems—people who can become unseen or overlooked as victims of trafficking.

This will be a meaningful opportunity to learn, reflect, and stand together in awareness and compassion.
