Southeast College is offering a Basic Cooking class that teaches the basics of making homemade soups and sauces which can be used to jazz up any meal. On the menu: chicken noodle soup, cream of mushroom soup, garlic cream sauce and balsamic vinaigrette. Cost is $65.
