Assiniboia & District Public Library hosts Storytime every Wednesday  from 10:30 - 11:00 from Sept. 14 to Dec. 7.  It is for children ages 3 - 5 and accompanied by an adult.  Join us for stories, crafts and a snack!  Facilitator: Bette Malesh. 

Assiniboia & District Public library hosts the Itsy Bitsy Rhythm & Rhyme every Wednesday 11:15 - 11:45 from Sept. 28 - Nov. 30 for children ages 4 - 36 months.  This program incorporates stories, singing, finger play & rhythm for our littlest ones!  Facilitator: Teri Hanstock

In the tradition of his Scottish homeland, for David Leask everything revolves around a great song & story,  "I take people on an emotional journey - jumping genres, switching up instruments, delivering laughter & sometimes even tears.  It's an unpredictable & meanful ride for all of us."  A multiple songwriting award winner and recipient of the Mississauga Performing Artist of the Year Award,, David combines this blend of Celtic soul & roots country coriginals with traditional Scottish favourites in the telling of his own.
