Southland CO-OP Visit us at the Southland CO-OP by the pharmacy for a coffee and pick up your BINGO card full of fun and healthful activities that aim to raise awareness of the importance of looking after your mental health.  You will get BINGO instructions and prize info.  Come check it out! January 29 is Bell Let's Talk Day - an awareness campaign that is driving the national conversation to help reduce the stigma of mental illness and promote awareness and understanding.  TALKING is an important first step towards lasting change. 

Preschool Storytime with stories, crafts, snacks & games is for Ages 3 - 5.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.  Please call the library to register.

This fun program is for ages 4 - 36 months and is facilitated by Teri Hanstock.  Activities include: singing, reading, rhyming, bouncing and finger play

Fitness for all abilities

Custom designed classes using seated and supported standing positions to all  participants the chance to get in a great workout
