Kids Summer Reading Program

Better Together BBQ

We have provided the platform for everyone to gather, share good food, good visits, and comradery at our weekly BBQs 🍔🌭
 
 
All ages are welcome to join us for a $5 lunch every Tuesday, starting July 8th!
 
$5 gets you a burger or hot dog, chips and a drink. This is an extremely affordable way to feed your family, your co-workers, your staff, your neighbors or friends.
This year we will challenge you to invite one or two people to join you each week, It brings us great joy to see in upwards of 400 people enjoy our 𝓑𝓔𝓣𝓣𝓔𝓡 𝓣𝓞𝓖𝓔𝓣𝓗𝓔𝓡 𝓑𝓑𝓠𝓼

Go! Science

This program will follow the theme of the TD Summer Reading Club – Around the World! All programming will have ties to this theme through the following subthemes:
Into the Depths - Learn about water and a world where humans have yet to discover. Together we will learn about the journey water takes, and how it impacts us!
Science Globetrotters - Let’s buckle up for an adventure around the world! Learn about faraway places and the amazing work that scientists and engineers are doing there!
Out of this World - As we explore the natural world, let's detour to a place beyond the earth! Learn about flight, rockets, and the stars above!
The overall program includes an element that every participant takes home!
All three programs are geared towards children in Grades K to 6, designed to create a fun and interactive learning environment! They recommend a maximum of 40 youth for the program so register early.
