Building Incentives
The Town’s Strategic Plan includes being ready to accept new sustainable industrial, commercial and residential investment. The Town of Assiniboia deems it essential to provide incentives that demonstrate the municipality’s commitment and readiness to invest in the development of this community. The Town’s investment is outlined in policy #155 through tax abatements and policy #840 through grant funding.
